This week we welcomed 10 schools from across the Leeds Learning Alliance to the Spring Moderation event for Reception. It is such a joy to see this network blossoming in its second year.

During the event, staff worked together to share good practice, provide professional supportive challenge, network & to unpick next steps for their children. It was a delight to hear all the varied approaches being taken in schools to meet the individual need of the children they serve. A really inspiring event where Early Years staff had a chance to shine.

A reminder of the summer dates for moderation:
  • 22nd April 1-3.15pm -Nursery moderation event for PSED and communication
  • 20th May 1-3.15pm- Reception moderation event for Reading and Writing
